Here are my three latest creations….Uni, Waxxe and Wander LUXE! I was so happy to have found a tannery that had a selection that surpassed my expectations! I barely even knew where to start.
Uni comes in a metallic bronze and chocolate
Wander LUXE comes in a burnt orange, chai, light grey and chocolate
Waxxe comes in a python embossed navy/white, navy and baby soft pink

Three new Ton Sai colors to add to the mix! Light Dijon, Dark Whiskey and White. I selected leathers with an unusual distressed look. Each one has a cracked and waxed finish. Function + Luxury!

The photo you see here is of the caramel (sold out). New colors will include 1) cracked white 2) cracked dark brown 3) cracked butter 5) aqua 6) nuevo tan 7) burnt cinnamon
So I live in Thailand now. I’ve been here quite a few times already, but my love for travel and design always brings me back…and now it’s long term. What I mean to say is, I won’t be in “Kansas” anytime soon.
I live on Pradiphat Soi 10 next to the Saphan Kwai Bridge. The folks here in this photo are just some of the people that I see nearly everyday walking down my beloved Pradiphat. Top Left: My fruitman (he only charges 35 cents for a bag of fresh papaya, pineapple, guava, etc.) Bottom Left: My pad Thai man (he only charges $1 for a lovely large pile of this stuff and its O-So-FRESH!) Top Right: My alterations lady. She charges practically nothing to sew a button, hem a skirt right on the spot! Bottom Right: LUKE!! Noodle LUKE! He has his own noodle shop and loves to practice his English slangs that he procured during his two years in Texas.
A little steam for your punk! Just as my taste in music is oh so random, so is my taste in design. I have been doing luxury 18 karat gold, gold vermeil, semi-precious stone designs for so long that I wanted to try something a little different. Now that I live in Thailand, I have access to all these open markets including antique. It is like one big treasure chest for me. I find vintage brooches, old spare watch parts and cogs as well as new, antique amulets, etc and create an ecclectic one-of-a-kind Indosteam original. Indosteam is the name of my steampunk line. Yes, I know, I am a bit all over the place, but that is HOW I ROLL!
